News : ShoreTel Ranked as a "Strong Performer" in On-Premises UC&C
Sunnyvale, Calif., June 30, 2014 -- ShoreTel, a provider of phone systems and unified communications (UC) solutions, was among the select companies that Forrester Research, Inc. invited to participate in its report titled "The Forrester Wave™: On-Premises Unified Communications and Collaboration, Q2 2014." In this evaluation, ShoreTel was cited as a "strong performer" and some of its top scores were for speed of deployment, quality of experience, and product road map.
The report states, "ShoreTel's commitment to delivering brilliantly simple UC&C solutions shines through in the way that its solutions are deployed by systems owners and used by information workers. ShoreTel led the group of Strong Performers in delivering an engaging quality of experience, encouraging users to take advantage of unified communications capabilities. Low barriers to acquisition, deployment, and use place ShoreTel on the shortlist for consideration by businesses and channels that want rapidly delivered, high-value, tightly integrated, robust UC&C capabilities."
Forrester used a combination of data sources to arrive at its results, including hands-on lab evaluations, vendor interviews, product demos and customer reference calls.
