News : Simba Deploys Avaya Call Centre in Nigeria
Abuja, Nigeria, Oct 7, 2015 -- The Simba group has introduced a nationwide call centre in Nigeria to support its customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
It has launched a dedicated customer service web portal for users of its inverters and power backup solutions, CommunicationsWeek reported.
MD Chief Vinay Grover said it is using an Avaya contact centre to handle customer enquiries, service requests and troubleshooting needs.
