News : Sinclair Developing Call Center Workforce
Dayton, OH, August 5, 2014 -- Sinclair Community College Workforce Development will hold a graduation, networking reception and information fair for students completing the Call Center Customer Certification Class and area employers.
Sinclair officials said the school has established a pipeline to connect newly skilled workers with employers seeking to hire for the region’s call center industry.
Officials said about one-third of graduates from the program’s June certification class have found employment at area call centers. All students who complete the program are granted interviews with area call center employers including PNC Financial Services Group, Teleperformance USA, Bon-Ton Stores and CareSource.
