Chicago, IL, USA, February, 2016 -- Singola Consulting is excited to announce Praveen Nath has joined the company as Director, adding over 17 years of contact center experience to the team.
Nath’s expertise in contact center reporting, technology efficiencies, performance metrics, workforce management, and customer satisfaction rates allow Singola to expand its technology assessments, overhauls, and optimizations.

Nath joins Singola from Advocate Healthcare, where he served as the Contact Center Director and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of a contact center. Prior to that, he worked as an Infrastructure Manager for Accenture helping contact centers across the country.
