News : Sitel Adding 200 Jobs at Call Center
Albuquerque, NM, USA, Dec 18, 2015 -- Sitel is hiring another 200 people at its Albuquerque call center, the company announced.
The company is adding the permanent, full-time jobs to support a "leading national satellite television provider."
"These new job opportunities reflect the fantastic work done by the Albuquerque team and Sitel’s commitment to expanding opportunities in the area," Site Director Tim Hawco said in the announcement.
The company earlier this year announced another 275 seasonal and permanent jobs at the center.
All positions require "strong communication skills and the ability to problem-solve," according to the company. Previous customer service experience and strong computer knowledge are preferred.
