News : Sitel Expands Oak Ridge Facility with 200 New Positions

Oak Ridge, TN, USA, February, 2015 -- Sitel, a global customer care provider, announces the immediate addition of 200 new career opportunities at the Oak Ridge location. Of these new positions, 100 licensed and non-licensed agents will support a client in the Insurance industry. An additional 100 agents will service other clients at the location.

Sitel offers paid training and licensing opportunities combined with meaningful career paths that give people real opportunities for growth. And Sitel has had a longstanding commitment to hiring men and women who have served in the armed forces. "Sitel has been a home for talented U.S. military veterans and we are looking to expand those recruiting efforts," said Kelin Mock, Oak Ridge Site Director.
