News : Sitel Group Launches Customer Experience Operations in China
Miami, FL, USA, Sept, 2018 -- Sitel Group, a customer experience (CX) management company, announced the launch of business process outsourcing (BPO) operations through Sitel, the group's BPO subsidiary, in China. The operations are live in a Kunshan, China CX office through a partnership with 800 TeleServices.
Sitel China's agents are delivering CX through both voice and WeChat to support clients in the Asian market with Simplified Chinese.
