News : Sitel Opens New Site and Expands Another
Knoxville, TN., Dec 5, 2014 -- Sitel, a global customer care provider, announces the immediate addition of 200 new career opportunities. The customer care positions will support a financial services client and a global telecommunications provider at Sitel's new facility in Knoxville and its existing site in Oak Ridge.
"Sitel has seen continued growth thanks to our hard working team providing outstanding customer experiences. We look forward to adding more quality-focused professionals with a desire to explore long-term careers with Sitel," said Faye Washington, Site Director of the new Knoxville site.
The opening of its new Knoxville site has already begun and will eventually hold 400 call center positions. Several lines of business will be moving to the new site which will allow for the expansion of the Oak Ridge facility, located 25 minutes from the new Knoxville location. The 200 regular full-time positions will include management opportunities as well. The new associates will provide inbound customer care and technical support.
