News : Sitel St. Catharines Celebrates 15 Year Anniversary; Offering 250 New Career Opportunities
St. Catharines, Ont. March 1, 2016 -- Sitel, a global customer care provider, announced its 15-year anniversary in St. Catharines and the availability of more than 250 new career opportunities. A celebration honoring the team, who have provided superior customer service was held on Monday, February 29.
A special awards ceremony was hosted for the 22 employees who have been with Sitel since its 2001 inception. Many of these team members continue to work with clients that have been with Sitel since the beginning. The entire St. Catharines team was recognized with a luncheon for all employees.
"As we celebrate 15 years in the St. Catharines community, we look back at the great work our teams have achieved during this time," said St. Catharines Site Director Glenn McMormack. "The hard work and dedication of the St. Catharines team, providing exceptional customer experiences for our customers, has resulted in our long tenure in Ontario. We look forward to embarking on the next 15 years in the community."
