News : Sitel to Hire Positions to Expand Inbound Call Center in Milford
May 21, 2014 -- Call center vendor Sitel said it would hire 100 positions to expand its inbound call center in Milford, Del.
The company is enhancing the employee base to offer inbound call center support for a global retailer and specialty coffee and tea roaster via inbound calls and email.
Sitel is looking at resources with previous customer service experience and computer knowledge, said Sitel.
