News : Sitel to Hire 215 Members to Expand Contact Centre in Saint John
July 8, 2014 -- Sitel will hire 215 new team members to expand its contact centre in Saint John.
The new hiring is expected to support a large Canadian manufacturer of household products and an expanding U.S. cable television client.
The newly hired Saint John associates will provide inbound technical support and customer care.
"We look forward to hiring, training and developing new professionals in the New Brunswick area to deliver outstanding customer care on behalf of our clients," said Laurie Nouasri, the new site director of Sitel’s Saint John Customer Experience Centre.
