News : Sitel to Hire 300 Positions in Hamilton, Alabama
Hamilton, Ala., Oct. 14, 2014 -- Sitel, a global customer care provider, announces it is actively expanding its customer care call center in Hamilton, Alabama. This will entail hiring 300 positions to support expansion by its client, a leading digital cable, HDTV, DVR, high-speed internet and local and long-distance phone provider. The newly hired associates will provide inbound customer support.
"We are very excited about the growth of our business here at the Hamilton call center," said John Thomas, Sitel's Hamilton Site Director. "We have a great group of talented employees and look forward to bringing in additional personnel for our front-line, support and management positions. This expansion is evidence of Sitel's continued commitment to both its clients and Hamilton and the surrounding counties."
In an effort to recruit the 300 new employees, Sitel is hosting an on-site job fair at its facility located at 500 Industrial Drive. Prospective applicants interested in joining the talented team in Hamilton are encouraged to attend. Candidates can also apply online . Previous customer service experience and strong computer knowledge are preferred.
