News : SJV Cuts Ribbon on Newest U.S. Based Call-Center Facility
Kennesaw, GA, USA, Oct 11, 2016 -- SJV, a provider in the furnishing of Credential Verification Services, announced the Grand Opening of a 10,000 square foot Call-Center Facility located Phoenix, AZ.
This marks the second Call-Center Opening for SJV over the past year.
"Phoenix, Arizona is the ‘Call-Center Capital’ of the United States, making this a very easy decision for us to continue expanding our footprint in this area," said Scott Vanek, Founder and President of SJV. "There are numerous financial firms, credit card companies, retail, technology, and telecommunication corporations hosting multiple call-centers in Phoenix to service their Collections and Service Departments. SJV has deliberately expanded our operation here to take full advantage of the diversity of language, the depth of experience, and the etiquette and acumen of professional Call-Center labor that is abundant in Phoenix."
"We launched our Verifications Suite of Services in March 2016, and in seven short months, we had already outgrown our original office space," stated Bill Wilder, Chief Operations Officer at SJV. "It is evident that CRAs require this service to help scale their Verification workload now and into the future. As a wholesale furnisher of these services, we can provide overflow or complete transitions of volume to help drive cost savings, while increasing efficiencies such as Calls-per-Hour and Overall Completion Rates."
The doors to the new SJV Call-Center are now open, with SJV already hosting clients, providing education and training demonstrations, and continually developing the technology and process workflow that is proprietary to its solution at this new satellite office.
