News : Skane Care Services Use Telia Contact Centre Platform
Dec 11, 2013 -- Telia said Skane region has been using its Telia CallGuide cloud contact centre platform to deal with calls from care clients, as part of an agreement it signed with Skane in January 2012 to provide all of the region’s communications services. Since September, 375 care units in the region have been using Telia CallGuide to answer calls from care recipients, which has providing a faster response.
Telia CallGuide has been integrated into the Care in Skane application, enabling patients to obtain real-time information about call queueing time. At the press of a button, they can choose whether to ring up, or request a call back.
