A US based company seeking to establish operations in Macedonia will be presented at the fair.
US based, multi-national Contact Center Company with employees currently operating in five different countries is planning on starting operations in Macedonia. The company plans on employing approximately 1,000 employees to provide customer and technical support to large, US-based companies that are global leaders in their industries.
Employees will be provided with 8-10 weeks of paid training to learn the necessary customer service skills, as well as client specific product training. The company’s Macedonian operation(s) will be supporting US customers during US working hours.
