News : Slovak Telekom Introduces Voice Biometry
Bratislava, Slovakia, May 15, 2015 -- Slovak Telekom is introducing voice biometry for simple authentication of customers ringing the call centre. The new service will be offered from 20 May.
With the service, customers will not need to use any PIN, PID or ID codes for authentication.They will only need to create a voice imprint. Voice biometry compares the voice of the calling customer with their voice imprint, including when calling from another phone if they have lost their own.
