"Solgari is a perfect fit for us and our customers," said Stephen Howe, commercial manager at Lanmark. "Over the years, our customers have increasingly been looking to replace their legacy telephony systems with more agile cloud solutions and hosted Voice over IP (VoIP) technology. When looking for the right partner, we came across a number of businesses that provided collaborative communications, such as instant messaging, video and web conferencing. However, many of these solutions weren’t integrated, which meant our customers would have been faced with an inconsistent user experience for each product. Solgari stood out as it provides our customers with a secure, end-to-end communications service that offers a seamless transition between platforms and is tailored to each of our customer’s needs.
"We are delighted to announce our partnership with Lanmark – a company that, like us, is focused on helping customers stay one step ahead of the curve," said Sheelagh Hawkins, director of channel, partnerships and allegiances at Solgari. "Our cloud-based telephony solutions are scalable and can fully integrate with an organisation’s existing line of business applications, including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics; something that legacy phone systems or traditional VoIP services can’t offer. As communication needs evolve, we are confident that we will have a big part to play in helping Lanmark’s customers grow."
