News : Some 20,000 People in San Pedro Sula Work in Call Centres
July, 2014 -- A total of 20,000 people in Honduras' second largest city San Pedro Sula are currently working in the call centre market, La Prensa reports.
Some of the firms who operates call centres in the city are Allied Global, Startek, Stream and Alorica, which recently inaugurated its call centre in the city.
Initially, Alorica expects to employ 600 people in its new facility.
