East Brunswick, NJ, USA Oct. 8, 2018 -- Somos, Inc., a provider of Toll-Free numbering and registry administration services for the telecommunications industry, has announced the appointment of Alla Reznik to its Advisory Council.
Ms. Reznik is Director of Customer Experience for Verizon's Global Products and Services Group. In her role, Ms. Reznik leads teams in fulfilling the complete product development lifecycle, from concept and design to final development and deployment. During her time at Verizon, Ms. Reznik has gained extensive experience in an array of technologies and fields, including artificial intelligence, conversational commerce, IP and cloud-based contact center offerings and virtual agents.
