News : South Delhi Municipal Corporation Call Centres for Sanitation Soon
Oct 23, 2014 -- The South Delhi Municipal Corporation is all set to launch a call centre to improve services in the sanitation area latest by December, to enhance its services. The civic agency would count upon the call centre for feedback and grievance redress.
In this call centre set up for the SDMC, the South Delhi residents would be able to call the central control-room for all complaints and information and dedicated numbers would be allotted for each department, two for sanitation, three for licensing etc.
The newly-appointed standing committee chairman Subhash Arya informed that a tender has already been floated in this regard.
"Making the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan a success, sorting out the parking problem in South Delhi and removing corruption from the corporation are my top goals," said Mr Arya.
