Oct 1, 2014 -- UK-based cloud call management solutions provider Cirrus has announced a partnership with workforce management software company Teleopti to integrate Teleopti's platform into the Cirrus Cloud Contact Centre platform.
Cirrus is complementing its existing management solution with staff management, demand forecasting and scheduling, shift swaps, time-off management and gamification.
The functionality is available in the contact centre itself, as well as the back office, regional branches and retail outlets' networks.
