Agenta Snap is an enterprise extension to the Cisco Contact Center and Cisco Unified Communications offerings, providing users with integration into third-party applications, including healthcare organizations' EHR systems. Agenta Snap assists users in identifying key customer and patient information without extra work or interruption to their existing workflow. This enables agents and healthcare staff to quickly solve customer and patient issues, rather than spending valuable call time searching for the individual's data.
