News : SpinSci Technologies Enters the Market Collaborative Extensions for Cisco Solutions
Las Vegas, NV, USA, July 14, 2016 -- SpinSci Technologies announced the release of Agenta Snap™ and Agenta™ Cloud.
Agenta Snap is an enterprise extension to the Cisco Contact Center and Cisco Unified Communications offerings, providing users with integration into third-party applications, including healthcare organizations' EHR systems. Agenta Snap assists users in identifying key customer and patient information without extra work or interruption to their existing workflow. This enables agents and healthcare staff to quickly solve customer and patient issues, rather than spending valuable call time searching for the individual's data.
"With the consolidation we're seeing in the healthcare industry, the patient experience is paramount as healthcare organizations look to differentiate and provide more personal and relevant interactions with their patients," said Jason Tepper, COO, SpinSci. "Agenta Snap, together with its enterprise application adapters, provides a cohesive and tightly integrated solution as organizations work to holistically integrate critical patient data and EHR systems into their patients' journey."
"With customer needs changing, organizations are striving to find ways to improve service levels. A paradigm shift is underway where customer interactions are becoming more proactive in real-time," said Rajit Kumar, CEO, SpinSci. "Agenta Snap and Agenta Cloud make these interactions dynamic and intuitive, thus improving customer loyalty, expediting time to market and enhancing corporate brand presence."
