News : SPTC Launches 24-hour Customer Support via Online Chat
July 11, 2014 -- Swaziland Post and Telecommunications Corporation (SPTC) has introduced 24-hour dedicated customer support in the form of online chat.
SPTC Corporate Communications Manager Nqobile Magagula said after realising that clients do not always have time to walk into a service centre and yet spend most of their lives on the internet, the company saw the need to use the medium. She said the dedicated staff respond to queries 24 hours a day, in addition to the toll-free call centre open 24 hours.
