News : Star2Star Places Among Top 10 North American UCaaS Leaders In 2018 IHS Markit Report
Sarasota, FL, USA, May, 2018 -- Star2Star Communications, provider of a Full Spectrum Communications Solution, announced its inclusion among the Top 10 UCaaS Service Providers in North America, according to IHS Markit, a global business information company. This is Star2Star's fourth year being recognized in this list of top cloud communications providers.
2018 IHS Markit ReportThe UC as a Service (UCaaS) North America Vendor Scorecard identifies top UCaaS providers based upon several criteria for the year, including number of installed seats, financial stability, market share momentum, service development, and support options. Star2Star ranked as the seventh largest UCaaS vendor in North America with solid marks in all criteria, including a perfect score for support options. To achieve a perfect score, a provider must offer 24/7 telephone support, a customer self-service portal, self-diagnostic tools, and SLAs. IHS Markit also evaluated Star2Star's merger with Blueface, growing Full Spectrum Communications portfolio, and successes with mid-market, multi-location businesses in its report.
