Lynchburg, VA, USA, Dec 14, 2015 -- Startek is adding 430 positions at its Lynchburg operation.
The company is holding a job fair at its Lynchburg center, 3412 Waterlick Road.
Startek provides customer service to some of the largest companies in the world. Pay starts at $9 an hour. The company is looking to fill the 430 positions over the next three months.
Startek is looking for employees with exceptional customer service and sales skills. Candidates must be at least 18-years-old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

The company is seeking employees with exceptional customer service and sales skills as well as the drive to proactively delight customers and exceed expectations. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent as well as successfully pass a background check and drug screen. Additionally, candidates must also pass pre-employment assessments focused on technology skills, sales behaviors such as assertiveness and overcoming objections, or customer service behaviors such as empathy and problem solving depending on the requirements of each client program.
