News : STARTEK Moves to AT&T Cloud
Greenwood Village, Colo., March 11, 2014 -- STARTEK, a provider in business process outsourcing, is using AT&T* cloud services to create a suite of cloud solutions that will speed STARTEK's ability to provide services to new and existing customers.
AT&T's cloud, data centers and storage solutions allow STARTEK to save time and resources initiating new clients and contact center locations by scaling on demand. The new solutions reduce the time it takes to light up network and compute capacity for new STARTEK clients. STARTEK will also power its STARTEK@Home platform, a virtual contact center platform that allows agents to work from home though broad access to applications and connectivity available in AT&T's managed cloud.
"AT&T's cloud services will dramatically change our business. We can serve our clients better thanks to the speed-to-market advances as well as efficiencies gained by running our business on state of the art technology platforms," said Patricia Hain, SVP, Information Technology, STARTEK. "It also provides them with an additional level of security and reliability."
