News : Staysure to Recruit 50 Staff as it Announces Plans for Travel Agency

Northampton, UK, March 10, 2015 -- Over-50s travel insurance company Staysure is to recruit 50 staff as it announces plans to open an Abta and Atol-bonded call centre and online travel agency called Staysure Holidays.
The agency, a member of the Advantage Travel Partnership, will open this summer, with bases in Coventry and Northampton. It will offer a "complete range" of holidays alongside additional products such as insurance and foreign currency.
As well as taking on 50 travel staff, it is looking to take on 30 extra insurance sales agents.
Roles to be filled include sales consultants, customer service, marketing, finance, IT and HR. The agency will allow clients to book holidays and insurance under one roof.
Staysure chief executive Ryan Howsam said: "The company has experience phenomenal growth over the past 10 years, and the new travel venture is the next logical step in our business development, following extensive research and customer feedback.

FIND OUT MORE!"There are plans to grow the business and expected growth in year two is 25% and a further 50% in year three, year-on-year. Recruitment will then fall in line with these figures to ensure we're full staffed to take on the growth in business."
HR manager Sarah Charman said all successful candidates will follow ongoing training programmes to ensure progression in the company. She added: "We are looking for self-starters and team players with a great work ethic and strong communication skills."
