News : Stefanini Implements a Strategy to Expand BPO Offering
Sao Paolo, Brazil, Sept 13, 2016 -- Stefanini has started to implement a strategy to strengthen its Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) offering with the launch of a project in the US and Europe to identify and seize opportunities in this space. The company sees BPO as an opportunity for the company to grow within the market since more industries are becoming increasingly involved with outsourcing.
Acting as a third party service, BPO has earned more visibility for managing specific aspects of a business. Daniel Itzicovitch, Global BPO Director for Northern Hemisphere at Stefanini, is leading the company’s BPO expansion and harnessing market research to effectively position and capitalize on its strengths."

According to Mr. Itzicovitch, "Specifically within the Northern Hemisphere, Stefanini would like to improve its offerings, references, and development of our BPO teams. Although we do have a presence in this area there is always room to make enhancements."
Several of Stefanini’s objectives include overall offerings, attendance at BPO events, cross selling active clients ITO + AMS + BPO, increasing the probability of success in both small and medium enterprises, and growth by acquisitions.
