News : Suddenlink Moving Call Center Out of Greenville
Greenville, NC, USA, July 14, 2016 -- Some Suddenlink employees in Greenville will soon be out of a job as the company shifts its call center to other locations this fall.
Company officials haven't said how many people are being affected, just that some Suddenlink customer care activities are being moved to larger call centers in areas where they have the greatest number of business partners and receive the greatest call volume.

They say they remain committed to their customers and to the local communities in Greenville and surrounding areas, and believe this new structure will allow for better service to all of customers.
The customer walk-in center and other business functions and operations will remain in Greenville.
Call center employees can apply for other positions at the company and some have been offered relocation opportunities.
