News : Superior Court of CaliforniavReceives ‘Innovations Award’ from Noble Systems
Atlanta, GA May 22, 2014 -- Noble Systems Corporation, a global provider in unified contact center technology solutions, recently presented its "Innovations Award" to the Superior Court of California, County of Ventura, in Ventura County, California. The award was announced at the Select Noble Users Group Americas 2014 Conference – a gathering of Noble Systems clients and partners – held in Orlando, Florida earlier this year. ?
?The Innovations Award recognizes Ventura Superior Court for its use of the Noble(R) Enterprise platform as a core component in its operational processes. In particular, the Court is using the system to improve efficiencies and to increase compliance on court ordered fines, fees, and penalties. Upon installation, the Court saw an immediate increase in court representative productivity, and that number has continued to grow. The technology allows the Court to increase its collections and recovery of monies owed, while at the same time reducing its costs.?
