News : Support Ethic Minorities Through Contact Centre Industry Training and Employment
Hong Kong, April 21, 2016 -- HKCCA has undertaken a Government project which is supported by the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund (SIE Fund) to provide contact centre industry training and on-the-job practice for Ethic Minorities (EMs) in Hong Kong with the ultimate aim to integrate them into the contact centre industry through employment.
The project will be officially launched on 1 May 16 for 12 months. We have already received encouraging response from a number of employers who ...are committed to offer equal employment opportunities to the trained EMs to work in their contact centres.
If you are interested to participate in this meaningful initiative through offering job opportunities to the EMs or outsource some short term projects for the EMs to handle; or refer EMs to join the training programme, please contact us.
