Warwickshire, UK, July 16, 2018 -- Geomant customer Accent Housing take home ‘Best use of Technology’ award at this year’s Housing Association National Accountancy (HANA) awards.
Launched by the National Housing Federation 6 years ago, the HANA Awards is an event that sets out to recognise excellence in the Housing Association Finance sector. Since 2012, they have celebrated the most pioneering and innovative finance teams and individuals.
This year, Accent Housing were amongst those celebrated, winning the ‘Best use of Technology Award’ after implementing a Geomant Contact Expert solution within their contact centre.
Contact Expert was designed to bring powerful contact centre functionality and tools to the Skype for Business environment and is one of the few contact centre solutions that is a truly native application. With Accent Housing’s existing investment in Microsoft Skype for Business and continuous plans to develop their service and processes, it was a natural choice.
