News : Sutter Physician Services Extends Patient Call Center Advice Services
Sacramento, CA, Nov. 12, 2014 -- Sutter Physician Services (SPS), a part of the Sutter Health network, announced it entered into agreement to provide patient access call services to MemorialCare Medical Group, the physician group division of MemorialCare Health System in Southern California.
Serving as an extension for MemorialCare physician offices, SPS patient representatives will offer call-based services to MemorialCare patients, including registration and appointment scheduling. In addition, a dedicated SPS team of registered nurses will also answer patient calls and provide telephone-based primary care health information.
