News : Sykes Moves into Drane Field Road Location
Lakeland, FL, USA, June 20, 2017 -- When Sykes Enterprises Inc. employees walked into work at the call center Monday, they got the red carpet treatment — literally.
The company had rolled out a red carpet and set up a velvet rope at its newest location, 2525 Drane Field Road. Walking down the makeshift runway, employees were cheered on and given pens, wristbands and cupcakes.

It was the employees’ first day in the 10,202-square-foot facility that’s equipped with a reception area, training and recruiting stations, break room and in-house call center.
Based in Tampa, Sykes has another Lakeland location at 1144 Griffin Road offering digital marketing, customer service and technical support for companies.
The Drane Field Road facility was relocated from 333 N. Lake Parker Ave, where the company had operated for the past 19 years.
Though the facility is new, the employees aren’t, according to Dustin Chandler, director of area operations.
