News : Syracuse Company Ranked Among Top 50 Call Centers in North America
Syracuse, NY, USA, June 29 2015 -- Eastwood-based POMCO, a benefits administrators, has been ranked among the top 50 call centers in North America for 2015 by BenchmarkPortal, a call center certification and benchmarking firm.
The competition compares the performance of customer service call centers throughout North America by evaluating their key metrics against industry peers.
"BenchmarkPortal's ranking of the top call centers is based entirely on a statistical comparison to the world's largest and most respected database of call center metrics," POMCO Chief Operating Officer Jeff Winchell said in a statement.
