News : T-Mobile Adding 120 Full-time Jobs in Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs, CO, USA, Aug 14, 2017 -- T-Mobile plans to hire another 120 employees by year's end to help staff its 800-person call center on Colorado Springs' north side.

To fill the jobs, the company will conduct a hiring event at the call center, 556 Chapel Hills Drive.

The event will include on-site testing, pre-interview screening and job interviews. Applicants should bring resumes and be prepared to stay for three to four hours, according to the company.

Starting salaries are $15 an hour, with potential bonuses averaging $300 a month, the company says. The jobs are full-time, with benefits for a variety of shifts; the center operates from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.

Generally, employees at the center field calls from customers and assist them with billing questions, service upgrades and the like. The call center opened in 2000.
