News : T-Mobile Poland Enhances Business Customer Service
Warsaw, Poland, Oct 26, 2015 -- T-Mobile Poland is introducing new customer service standards and improvements in its offer for loyal clients. The operator conducted a detailed analysis of the mobile telephony market and the expectations of clients in relation to services provided by telecommunications operators. Based on the results of the survey, the operator prepared changes in its operation.

On 24 October, T-Mobile Poland introduced new customer service standards in the segment small and medium enterprises. The operator said it's giving priority to service for entrepreneurs on a dedicated call centre line and dedicated standpoints for firms in sales points. Nine in ten calls should be resolved at the first contact.
