Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, May 9, 2014 -- Talk2Rep, an international provider in customer contact management, announces the hiring of Ike Ahmed as Vice President of Client Care and Strategy.
Mr. Ahmed is a 20+ year customer relationship expert serving previously as Vice president of Customer Care and Corporate Sales for Harry and David and GM for The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company managing consumer relations and contact centers. In these roles, Ike helped developed the customer management strategy, technology and operational logistics within these and several large organizations.
