News : Talkdesk Named a Visionary in the 2017 Gartner Magic Quadrant f
San Francisco, CA, USA, Oct, 2017 -- Talkdesk, a cloud-based intelligent contact center platform, was recognized as a Visionary by Gartner in the 2017 Magic Quadrant for Contact Center as a Service, North America.
Gartner performed a rigorous evaluation on eleven call center vendors for completeness of vision and ability to execute.
