Los Angeles, CA, USA, Feb 21, 2019 -- TaskUs, a customer experience and business process outsourcing firm, named two industry veterans to its senior leadership team, laying the groundwork for another year of growth. The company announced its first Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), Robert Hayes and named Curt Gooden its new Chief Information Officer (CIO). TaskUs is becoming the heavyweight in customer and back office process support, and Hayes and Gooden bring expertise to ensure TaskUs holds on to its edge.

"TaskUs had a ridiculous 2018! The promotion of Robert and hire of Curt set us up for success in 2019 and beyond," said CEO Bryce Maddock. "Robert has been a leader at TaskUs for the past four years. We hired him to lead our Philippines operations when we had just over 1,000 people and in four years, he grew us to well over 10,000 in the country. At TaskUs, Curt will be able to unleash an agile, born in the cloud, strategy to tech enable operations."

Gooden brings exceptional expertise in contact center information technology. He comes to TaskUs with over 20 years in the BPO industry, providing technology-based solutions that maximized revenue, transformed customer experiences and optimized business processes. He has held leadership positions at several top BPO companies in information technology and security. Gooden is a graduate of Colorado State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Information Systems.
