St. George, Utah, June 26, 2018 -- TCN, Inc., a provider of cloud-based call center technology for enterprises, contact centers, BPOs and collection agencies worldwide, announced its expansion into India with the opening of its new subsidiary, ClearTouch. Powered by TCN’s technology, ClearTouch aims to disrupt India’s contact center industry by empowering businesses to transform on-premises-based infrastructure into a cloud-based system with its advanced contact center platform.
According to Frost & Sullivan, the Indian contact center applications market size is estimated to grow from $68.4 million in 2015 to $91.1 million by 2022, and the market for hosted and cloud-based contact centers will continue to grow at a faster pace, compared to on-premises.
