News : TCN Expands Strategic Partnership with CreditSoft Solutions
Sydney, Australia & St. George, UT, USA, Oct 12, 2015 -- TCN, Inc., a provider of cloud-based call center technology for enterprises, contact centers, BPOs, and collection agencies worldwide, announced its expanded partnership with CreditSoft Solutions, an Australian-based provider of technology solutions for the credit and collections industry. Originally formed in 2013, the strategic partnership has been successful in promoting TCN Platform 3.0, a cloud-based contact center suite, to Australian corporations and rapidly increasing both companies’ customer base in the region.
