News : TCN Joins Consumer Relations Consortium’s Innovation Council

St. George, UT, USA, Jan 23, 2019 -- TCN, a provider of cloud contact center technology for enterprises, contact centers, BPOs and collection agencies worldwide, announced its membership in the Consumer Relations Consortium’s (CRC) Innovation Council (an initiative of insideARM and the iA Institute). As a member of the council, TCN, along with a select group of senior technology, strategy, operations and compliance executives, will work to redefine the "big" technology issues impacting the collections industry, as well as share operational insights and best practices with consumer groups and regulators in an effort to implement better processes, procedures and solutions for the industry as a whole.
