Copenhagen, Denmark, Sept, 2018 -- TDC Group will offer strong competencies and services to the public and corporate markets when it comes to contact center solutions - TDC justifies their acquisition of CC Factory.

CC Factory to strengthen NetDesign

With the acquisition of CC Factory, NetDesign will be significantly strengthened to deliver the best solutions to customers - both now and in the future, Michael Moyell Juul, Executive Vice President of TDC Business, strikes.

In a letter about the acquisition, he explains that they have a clear strategy to support companies' goals in delivering good customer service and good customer experiences, and here's an essential part to be strong at contact centers. "With the acquisition of CC Factory, we are strengthening NetDesign so solutions can be delivered from cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments," says Michael Moyell Juul.

Price for the purchase not disclosed

TDC Group's acquisition of CC Factory was completed on September 17, and on October 1, the total of five employees from CC Factory will be transferred to employment with TDC Erhverv. The price for the purchase is not disclosed.
