News : Tech Ambience Launches Call Center
Orange Park, FL, US, Jan. 28, 2015 -- Tech Ambience announces the opening of a Florida-based call center division especially designed to meet the customer service and product sales needs of the business marketplace.
The division utilizes specialized, propriety software for conducting, reporting and monitoring of campaigns coupled with on-going, executive level management of all projects. All staff is US-based and work from Tech Ambience's Florida offices.
"During the course of our work, my colleagues and I have always been amazed that finding professional level call centers has been so difficult," said Prem Anand, Tech Ambience CEO. "A call center can be the key to developing new business and is often the first direct contact a company has with its customers. In our view, for a project to be successful, a call center has to be an ongoing partner in the whole process, not just a bank of callers working from a script."
