Orange Park, FL, USA, Feb. 9, 2015 -- Tech Ambience announces the opening of a Florida-based business call center division with a specialization in the Pharma and Medical industries. In addition to offering broad-based services for customer service and product sales, the call center has proprietary software and support for the Pharma and Medical sectors.
This experience includes work on call center and support projects for Pharma and Medical companies. All staff is US-based and work from Tech Ambience's Florida offices.
"Our own experience has shown that a call center providing marketing, educational or sales work to the Pharma/Medical sector has to be a participant in the process. The center must take co-ownership of a project and work with each client as a partner dedicated to the success of the campaign," ssaid Prem Anand, Tech Ambience CEO.
Anand went on to relate that the quality of staff in the call center was a core element. "All of our call center staff live in Florida. Many of them are from military families, something we feel strongly about. We never outsource; all of our call center work is done by our caller team in our Florida offices. The executive team managing the call center and it's projects have significant career experience in the Pharma/Medical industries along with corporate marketing and customer service."
