Moscow, Russia, Jan 20, 2016 -- Russian integrator Tekhnoserv has upgraded a Promsvyazbank call centre, reports Cnews.ru. The Contact Center Express 2.0 platform from Avaya, which is no longer being supported by the company, has been replaced by Avaya's Interaction Center product.
The project duration is reported at one year and the size of the deal has not been disclosed. There are currently 260 employees at the call centre.
