News : Tele2 Russia Offers Customer Service in Chinese
Khanty-Mansiyskiy avtonomnyy okrug, Russia, March 28, 2017 -- Mobile operator Tele2 Russia has started serving customers in the Chinese language in its call centre for Moscow, reports Riamo.ru.
The option was earlier started for customers in the city and region of St Petersburg, in the Republic of Buryatia and in the Far-East federal district.
The operator analysed the demand and found that the majority of foreign customers not speaking English and contacting its call centre are Chinese-speaking persons.
Calls from Chinese-speaking customers are handled by the staff of the Irkutsk-based call centre of the operator.
