News : Telekom Malaysia Deploys ICT, IPTV Platform at Kota Kinabalu
Sept 22, 2014 -- Telekom Malaysia (TM) has signed a contract with Promenade Service Apartment Kota Kinabalu. Under the terms of the deal, Telekom Malaysia will deploy its Hospitality Entertainment Solution, ICT and entertainment package offering comprising In-Building Broadband Solution (IBS), TM’s IPTV service – HyppTV and a Call Centre service powered by TM’s high-speed broadband (HSBB) network connectivity.
The service mainly targets hotel businesses, retreat owners, resort owners/operators, hospitals, apartments, condominiums and any high tenancy buildings that require wired/wireless internet and TV access.
With TM’s Hospitality Entertainment Solution, the Call Centre will be managing any issues or complaints from the property owner/manager and the end user on WiFi access and HyppTV channels.
