News : Telenor Extends Nordic Call Centre Contract with Skanska
Stockholm, Sweden, Sept 3, 2015 -- Telenor announced a new contract with international construction group Skanska to implement a cloud-based contact centre system across the Nordic region.
The contract is an extension and upgrade of an existing system that provides internal IT support in Finland and Sweden, as well as business support in Sweden. This autumn it will also be implemented in Norway.
Telenor said the system adds several new or enhanced features such as callback, call recording, and chat support.
